The MS-80DDS Utilizes Modern Servo-Driven Motion to Insure Precise Deposits of Ink and Laydown.
The reimagined, high precision MS-80DDS eliminates gears and sprockets for drive control control with each part directly driven by a servomotor. The fully automated, labor saving DDS was designed for easier operation and a scratch free conveying function - even for difficult materials. New features to improve operability and efficiency include a larger LCD touch screen operating panel, a presetting mechanism for sheet size and plate
positioning and a remote access function to simplify operation and maintenance.
Sakurai’s exclusive CCD optical camera registration system checks register marks for sheet alignment to improve productivity and
performance. The high precision MS-80DDS accepts sheets up 21-3/4” x 31-5/8” and operates at a higher running speed of 3,000 IPH.
Sakurai’s Direct Drive Series also includes new
MS-120DDS, which accepts larger sheets up
to 31-1/32” x 49-7/32”.
