MS-102DDS

DIRECT SERVO DRIVE FULL AUTOMATIC CYLINDER SCREEN PRESS

The legitimate successor to the MS-102DS, with a proven track record of approximately 150 units delivered, is now available. This product has evolved in both functionality and performance as a next-generation model. This state-of-the-art update has a maximum print size of 1020x700.

1) High Precision

By directly driving the printing cylinder with a servo motor, rotational motion without backlash between components further improves printing accuracy.

2) Operability

Based on ergonomics and international safety standards, the control panel configuration and layout have been optimized to achieve operator-friendly operation while ensuring safety.

3) Maintainability

Direct servo drive eliminates the need for lubricating oil, maintaining a consistently

clean state. Significantly reduced drive system components greatly improve

maintainability.

4) Lightweighting

The adoption of canned steel frame fabrication achieved lightweighting of 850kg (compared to previous models). It is suitable for installation in clean rooms, and lightweighting also enables installation on the second floor or higher.
