"Sakurai's MD-80SD servo driven cylinder screen press equipped with its new optical camera registration system will be operating in-line with Natgraph's new free standing electronic UV dryer to produce a unique, full color poster on 3 ml plastic demonstrating its capabilities for producing printed circuits, electronics and overlay graphics, said David Rose, National Sales Manager, Screen Press Systems, Sakurai USA, Inc. "The combination of the Sakurai cylinder screen press and Natgraph UV dryer presents the most precise screen press and efficient UV curing system for industrial and multi-pass overlay printing available in the marketplace today".
The ultra high precision 31 5/8" x 21 3/4" MS-850SD, operates at speeds up to 2,000 IPH and accepts stock from .001" to .0031" with precise registration. The Maestro prints on a wide range of substrates such as plastic film for electronic applications, membrane switches, display panels and touch screens, etc, as well as paper, board and foil.
