Sakurai was first introduced to the North American market in 1980, establishing its own direct presence in 1990. Our headquarter facility is located in Schaumburg Illinois, just 15 minutes West of O'Hare airport. This is our central location for customer service and parts supply for North America. This is also our technology center for customer training and product demonstration.
Our philosophy and goal is to provide quality, productive and economically sound equipment to our customers, to help them remain competitive and profitable in the ever changing environment in the world of print.
Sakurai's distribution model is established through a nationwide network of local Dealership organizations, whose employees live and work in the same local geographical area as their customers. We believe that the presence of local support, through locally owned and operated Dealerships is the ultimate solution for efficient and affordable service support. Sakurai conducts frequent training programs for our Dealerships and customers to maintain an up to date level of expertise.
